Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent overnight supervision and emotional support to young people
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of young people during night-time hours

- Record accurate notes and handovers for daytime staff
- Support young people with routines, independence, and confidence building
Requirements:
- Caring, patient, and resilient personality

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in care, support work, or youth settings is beneficial but not essential—full training provided
- Flexibility to work 3 waking night shifts per week (8:30pm – 8:30am) in Barry
