Job Title: Support Worker – Learning Disabilities & Complex Needs
Location: Conwy, Wales, UK
Salary: £27,736 - £28,899 (including sleeps)

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join a leading specialist provider in Conwy. This full-time, permanent role offers a rewarding opportunity to support individuals with complex needs, helping them live independent, fulfilling lives. Key Responsibilities:

• Encourage independence and support individuals to make their own choices
• Ensure the safety and well-being of service users
• Follow personalized care plans for each individual
• Take service users out into the community for activities and outings
• Participate in activities such as arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips
• Provide varying levels of personal care in line with individual needs

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; resilience and a caring nature are essential
• Must be a driver due to the location
• Comfortable with personal care tasks
• Gender is considered a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010

Additional Information:

• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, including optional sleep shifts and weekends
