Job Title: Support Worker – Learning Disabilities Residential Care
Location: Conwy, Wales, UK
Salary: £27,736 - £28,899 (including sleeps)

Job Description:

We are seeking caring and dedicated Support Workers to join a residential service in Conwy that supports adults aged 18 to 65 with complex needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Encourage independence and support individuals to make their own choices
• Ensure the safety and well-being of service users
• Follow personalised care plans for each individual
• Take service users out into the community for activities and outings
• Participate in activities such as arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips
• Provide varying levels of personal care as needed

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; resilience and a caring nature are essential
• Must be a driver (essential due to location)
• Comfortable with personal care tasks
• Gender is considered a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010
