We are seeking energetic and reliable Support Workers to join our dedicated team in a scenic rural setting. Key Responsibilities:
As a Support Worker based in a rural area, your daily duties will include:

• Supporting residents in their daily lives, fostering independence, confidence, resilience, and personal growth.
• Engaging residents in farm-related and outdoor activities, including tending to the land and participating in social events.
• Assisting with social, recreational, and skill-building programmes tailored to residents’ interests and abilities.
• Working collaboratively with a supportive team to create a safe, enriching environment.
• Supporting residents with outings to places of worship and other community activities, including driving the service vehicle.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Support Worker, you will need:

• A genuine passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
• A proactive and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of indoor and outdoor activities.
• Willingness to support residents with outings and activities outside the usual setting.
• Ability to drive and take residents out in the service vehicle.
• Previous experience in care or support work is advantageous but not essential; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.
• Mandatory compliance includes a full UK driving licence and a DBS check.
