We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in a scenic rural setting. Key Responsibilities:
As a Support Worker in Llangadog, your daily duties will include:

- Engaging in farm-related and outdoor activities alongside residents to promote wellbeing.
- Assisting with social, recreational, and skill-building programmes tailored to individual interests and abilities.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Support Worker, you will need:
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of indoor and outdoor activities.
- Willingness to support residents with their religious needs, including taking individuals to their chosen place of worship.
- The ability to drive and take service users out in the service vehicle.
- Previous experience in care or support work is advantageous but not essential; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
