Our client, a leading organisation in housing and support services, is seeking a dedicated Supported Housing Manager to oversee service delivery across multiple projects in Bridgend, Mid Glamorgan. This role involves working closely with social services, housing agencies, and partner organisations to ensure high-quality support for vulnerable individuals aged 16 and over.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Supported Housing Manager based in Bridgend, your daily duties will include:
- Leading and managing teams to deliver housing-related support, ensuring compliance with organisational and funder requirements.
- Overseeing service performance, monitoring caseloads, and managing referrals to meet individual needs effectively.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with statutory and voluntary agencies to support service delivery.
- Managing budgets, authorising expenditure, and ensuring financial compliance across projects.
- Ensuring all staff adhere to safeguarding, risk management, and trauma-informed practice standards.
- Participating in on-call duties, providing support and advice during out-of-hours periods to ensure continuous service delivery.
- Conducting regular audits, case reviews, and staff supervision to maintain high standards of practice.
