Job Description
We are recruiting for a Supported Housing Manager to join a well-established housing and support provider in Bridgend, Mid Glamorgan. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred housing-related support for vulnerable people aged 16+, working closely with partner agencies.
Key Responsibilities
As a Supported Housing Manager based in Bridgend, your daily duties will include:
- Leading and supporting frontline teams to deliver safe, consistent, high-quality housing-related support in line with service standards and funder requirements.
- Overseeing referrals, assessments, caseload oversight, and service performance to ensure individuals receive timely, effective support and risk is actively managed.
- Building strong working relationships with statutory and voluntary partners (including Social Services, Housing, and other local agencies) to ensure joined-up support pathways.
Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful as a Supported Housing Manager, you will need:
- Line management experience within a support, housing, or similar people-focused environment.
- Proven experience working with individuals with complex needs (e.g., mental health, substance misuse, offending history, trauma, or being care experienced).
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car (due to multi-site / service needs and on-call requirements).
