Salary: £173.00 per day (minimum)

Job Description:
Our client, a leading educational provider in Merthyr Tydfil, is seeking experienced and dedicated Primary School Teachers to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified educators to make a positive impact on learners in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Whether you are seeking full-time or part-time work, this role offers flexibility and the chance to work in a supportive school environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and experience working with children in these key stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
  • Plan and prepare lessons in accordance with the national curriculum
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to support student development
  • Manage classroom behaviour and promote a safe learning environment

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs
  • Commitment to promoting a positive learning environment
  • Flexibility to work full-time or part-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
