Salary: £88.92 per day (minimum)

Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a positive impact in primary education? We are seeking a dedicated Primary School Teaching Assistant to join a leading specialist provider of educational support in Tonypandy. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to work within the foundation phase of a welcoming primary school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and effective support to teachers in the foundation phase
• Assist in creating an inclusive, engaging, and positive classroom atmosphere
• Support individual students and small groups to enhance their learning experience
• Help prepare teaching materials and resources to facilitate lesson delivery
• Contribute to the overall wellbeing and development of pupils
• Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures diligently

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented approach
• Reliable and committed with a genuine passion for child development
• Flexibility to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
