This full-time, long-term role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in a vibrant primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated support to students within the foundation phase, fostering an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
  • Assist the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities, ensuring a smooth learning experience for all pupils
  • Support individual and group learning, helping to promote confidence and independence among students
  • Assist with the preparation of resources and classroom organisation to enhance lesson delivery
  • Encourage positive behaviour and promote a safe, respectful environment

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability and a proactive attitude to support diverse learning needs
  • Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo clearance
  • Passion for supporting children’s educational journey and development

Working Pattern:

  • Full-time, long-term position
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
