Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated support to students within the foundation phase, fostering an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
- Assist the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities, ensuring a smooth learning experience for all pupils
- Support individual and group learning, helping to promote confidence and independence among students
- Assist with the preparation of resources and classroom organisation to enhance lesson delivery
- Encourage positive behaviour and promote a safe, respectful environment
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and a proactive attitude to support diverse learning needs
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo clearance
- Passion for supporting children’s educational journey and development
Working Pattern:
- Full-time, long-term position
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
