Key Responsibilities:
- Support and supervise classroom activities for pupils with SEN
- Assist learners in staying on task and understanding lessons
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to deliver tailored support

- Support pupils during break times and lunch periods
- Engage learners in both classroom and extracurricular activities
- Follow school behaviour management policies to maintain a positive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with children with SEN is preferred

- Good understanding of special educational needs, including Autism
- Ability to provide flexible support to meet individual pupil needs
