Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of tailored educational programmes for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people to promote their development and well-being.
- Assist teachers in planning and implementing classroom activities.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teaching team.
- Maintain a calm and patient approach in challenging situations.
- Promote an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
Requirements:
- HLTA or TA qualification (desirable, but not essential with strong experience).
- Understanding of SEND and the ability to support students with diverse needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A calm, patient, and resilient attitude.
- Ability to build positive relationships with children and young people.
