Job Title: Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Whitland & Surrounding Areas, Wales
Salary: £92.59 per day (PAYE weekly pay)

Job Description:
Are you passionate about helping children learn and grow? A leading specialist provider is seeking dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants to support vibrant primary schools in the Whitland area. As a key member of the classroom team, you will work alongside teachers to create a positive and effective learning environment. Your role will involve supporting pupils, assisting with daily activities, and helping to bring the curriculum to life. Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
• Assist pupils with their learning and development needs
• Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive environment
• Support individual and group learning sessions
• Contribute to creating an inclusive and welcoming classroom atmosphere
• Assist with classroom organisation and resources

Requirements:

• Empathetic, resilient, and committed to helping children succeed
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
