Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Rhondda Cynon Taf. The role of the Primary Teaching Assistant is vital in supporting the delivery of high-quality education within the foundation phase, working closely with the Class Teacher to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. This is a full-time, long-term position suitable for individuals passionate about making a difference in young learners' educational journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, your key duties will include:
- Providing general classroom support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborating with the Class Teacher to develop engaging and inclusive activities.
- Supporting pupils' individual learning needs and behaviour management.
- Assisting with the preparation of classroom materials and resources.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Primary Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable.
