I can do nothing but recommend Vetro Recruitment to any schools looking for Teachers, Cover Supervisors, or Teaching Assistants.

I started undertaking the role of Cover Supervisor and Supply Staff Manager from February 2025. I had little knowledge and experience going into the role and was quite nervous. I was recommended Vetro by a colleague of mine and have been in contact with Vetro as my number one, and go-to agency since starting in my new role.

Ross is very quick to respond to daily queries and is adept at matching staff to our setting.

As this is a specialist provision for children and young people with significant social and emotional needs, experienced and mature (not in years) staff are required and we have had several from Vetro over a number of years.
