Team Leader- Children's RSW
Are you a dedicated and compassionate individual looking for a rewarding role in a children's residential home? We are seeking a Team Lead to join our clients "Good" rated home in Woolsthorpe. This is an exciting opportunity to support young people aged 5-18 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs (SEMH), Cognition and Learning Needs, and Communication and Interaction Needs.
What You'll Earn:

Hourly Rate: £13.70 - £14.45 p/h

Annual Salary: £28,490 - £30,050 (based on up to 40 hours per week)

Annual Sleep Allowance: An additional £3,150 - £5,250 (based on 6-10 sleeps per month over 10.5 months)
Your Working Pattern:
The current rota involves a three-week cycle with shifts generally from 08:00 to 23:00, plus required sleep-ins, followed by a 07:30 - 08:30 handover the next day. You'll work flexible hours across these shifts, including some weekends.
