Social Work Team Leader, Single Point of Access (SPA)

Are you an experienced and qualified Social Work Manager ready to lead a dynamic team? We're looking for a Team Leader for our Single Point of Access (SPA) Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide vital management oversight and drive performance at the front door of our service. You'll report directly to the Deputy Head of Service.

What You'll Do:

As Team Leader, you'll be instrumental in the smooth and effective operation of our SPA team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing management oversight and supervision to a diverse team, including Social Workers, Contact Information Officers, and Business Support Officers.

• Driving performance and ensuring timely decision-making within the SPA.

• Supporting the day-to-day running of the team.

• Liaising with partners to enhance relationships and improve understanding of the SPA's function.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a passionate and effective leader with:

• A Social Work qualification (e.g., BA, MA in Social Work).

• Registration with Social Work England is essential.

• Proven supervisory experience within a social work setting.

• The ability to work across our Twickenham and Kingston offices three days a week.
