Job Title: Therapeutic Care Worker

Salary: Up to £29,500 per annum
Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Care Workers to join a leading specialist provider supporting young people aged 6 to 21 who have experienced trauma and emotional difficulties. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for young people with complex needs
- Support residents through emotional and behavioural challenges with empathy and professionalism
- Work collaboratively with the team to implement personalised care plans
- Maintain accurate records and report on residents’ progress and wellbeing
- Assist with daily routines, activities, and educational support as required
- Contribute to a positive, stable environment that promotes growth and resilience
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS clearance (company funded)
- 21 years of age or older (in line with regulatory requirements)
- Full manual driving licence
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Reside within 20 miles of the head office at GL19 3NY (preferred)
- Empathetic, calm, and reflective approach
- Strong team player committed to professional growth
- Reliable, emotionally resilient, and adaptable in managing complex situations
