Key Responsibilities:
- Building trust and nurturing relationships to promote independence and wellbeing among young people.
- Collaborating with parents, carers, and professionals to ensure holistic support.

Requirements:

- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or commitment to achieve within a specified timeframe.
- Proven experience working with children and young people in a residential setting.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
