As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will provide overnight support in a therapeutic environment, helping young people transition from inpatient care to independent living. Key Responsibilities:

• Building trust and nurturing relationships to promote independence and wellbeing among young people.
• Collaborating with parents, carers, and professionals to ensure holistic support.
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the home, including light domestic duties.
• Accurately documenting all relevant information and maintaining up-to-date records.
• Strictly adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Promoting a safe, secure, and supportive environment at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or commitment to achieve within a specified timeframe.
• Proven experience working with children and young people in a residential setting.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
