Location: Swansea, Wales
Salary: £92.59 per day (Weekly PAYE)

Job Description:
Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? A leading specialist provider is seeking dedicated Welsh Medium Teaching Assistants to join primary schools across Swansea. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and supervise educational games, sports, and activities
  • Assist children with literacy and numeracy tasks
  • Prepare classrooms for lessons
  • Work with pupils in small groups or on a 1:1 basis, including children with additional needs
  • Support teachers in managing classroom behaviour
  • Help children who need extra support to complete tasks
  • Supervise group activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 months experience working with children in schools, nurseries, or similar settings
  • References covering the last two years (no gaps)
  • Hold a current DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
  • Right to work in the UK
