Meet the Management Team

Hi, I’m Aidan Ruffinato, Divisional Manager at Vetro Recruitment. I have over a decade of experience recruiting for permanent roles within the social care industry, largely recruiting for management roles within children’s residential services. 

I manage a team that specialises in permanent recruitment, recruiting Social Workers, Managers, and Support Workers across the North, East and South East.

I pride myself on offering a tailored bespoke service to each client I work with, ensuring I can find candidates that will fit each specific remit.

I also work closely with job seekers to understand exactly what they’d like and provide them with opportunities that would interest them, making the process as seamless as possible.

Outside of work, I am an avid football fan, watching and playing whenever possible.
