Meet the Team

I am passionate about the sectors we work in.  I believe that in my 15 years of supporting clients, candidates and some of the most vulnerable people in our society, I have had a positive impact on those I support. Continuing to do this is what gets me out of bed in the morning. 

My day-to-day life involves Operational Support, Managing and mentoring our team and supporting our clients with their strategic objectives.

Having worked in the Care sector myself as a Support Worker in a Mental Health Hospital, I have seen first-hand the invaluable work that people in our sectors provide. I know the positive impact that having the right people consistently within an organisation can provide and this is what we strive to achieve for all our clients and candidates.

I want to make a difference for those I work with and I'm happy to support any candidate or client that might benefit from our service.
