Meet the Nursing Team

I'm Faye, a Recruitment Consultant here at Vetro, specialising in Healthcare Assistants and Health Support Workers across South Wales and the South West.

Before joining Vetro, I spent 17 years working on the front line of the NHS as a Nursing Support Worker with Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. I've worked in busy clinical environments and have hands-on experience in everything from ECGs and phlebotomy to assisting doctors with gynae procedures and minor operations.

That experience gives me a real understanding of what it's like to work in healthcare. I know how busy a shift can be, the pressures healthcare professionals face and how important it is to have the right people around you. It also means I understand the skills, experience and attitude needed to succeed in these roles.
