Meet the Education Team

Hi, I’m John! I’ve spent over 10 years working in education recruitment, supporting schools and education settings by finding the right people to make a real difference in children’s lives.

Over the years, I’ve worked with early years, primary, and most recently, special educational needs (SEN) teams—helping to place Teaching Assistants, Support Staff, and Teachers where they’re needed most.

My goal is simple: to connect passionate education professionals with the schools and pupils who need them, making sure every young person gets the support they deserve.

Outside of work most of my time is spent with my two young kids!
