Hi, I'm Katie a Principal Recruitment Consultant at Vetro Recruitment. I'm passionate about helping Children's Residential Homes find exceptional staff who make a real difference, not just fill a role.

With several years of recruitment experience and a background working directly in the sector, I have a strong understanding of what makes a truly outstanding Support Worker.

I will work closely with you if you are looking for a new role to take the time to understand your expectations and career goals and offer ongoing support throughout your journey to finding work. 

If you are looking for someone to join your residential home, I will focus on finding individuals that share your values to ensure the right fit for your team and the children you support. I will regularly visit residential homes to stay connected with their routines and ever-evolving needs to allow me to tailor my recruitment solutions to truly work in practice, not just on paper. 

Outside of work, you will find me on the netball court or spending time with my horse who keeps me motivated, grounded, and let's be honest, financially committed!
