Hi, I’m Kayla – Team Leader and Recruitment Consultant specialising in Adult Learning Disability Services and Housing Support. I’m genuinely passionate about building strong relationships and creating meaningful connections between people and the work they love.

There’s nothing more rewarding than matching the right support staff with residents, and placing individuals in roles where they feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping parents find roles that fit around childcare, students balance work with their studies, and individuals searching for flexibility or direction discover their passion in social care.

I’m equally committed to understanding the unique needs and values of each service provider I work with. By taking the time to learn what makes their teams work, I can place staff who truly align with their ethos—ensuring consistency, quality care, and a stronger future for everyone involved.

Outside of work, you’ll find me travelling as much as possible with friends and family—whether it’s exploring new countries or hidden gems across the UK!
