Hi, I'm Lisa, a Recruitment Consultant with a passion for connecting individuals with meaningful careers that truly make a difference. 

I specialise in recruiting support workers for both adult services and children's residential homes, helping to ensure that the right people are matched with the right roles—particularly in environments where compassionate, dedicated care is vital.

Outside of work, I’m very family-orientated and strongly value a healthy work/life balance. In my spare time, I enjoy taking long walks and spending quality time with my loved ones.
