Meet the Support Work Team

Hello, I'm Luke, Senior Recruitment Consultant with 4 years of experience in Social Care recruitment and have gained valuable knowledge of the sector. Especially, how important it is to provide high-quality staff.

I specialise in supplying reliable and qualified Support Workers, both Learning Disability and Children's Residential, across Swansea and surrounding. Continuity and consistency in staffing are vital to what I do, as I want to ensure that the best possible care is delivered to residents while making sure that the staff's experience matches the residents' needs. 

Taking the time understand the culture of a service provider is vital to making those matches and, not to just fill a gap, but someone who feels like part of the team and makes a positive difference in vulnerable people's lives. 

Outside of work, you will find me playing football or on the touchline coaching (shouting aimlessly) every Saturday for my local team. When at home, I'm more or less in front of the TV watching football and once again shouting aimlessly! I support Chelsea FC, so the shouting is justified. 

Other than that, I'll be out on long walks with my dog and my fiancé come rain or shine! If I have time, you'll see me at the pub - cheers to that!!
