Meet the Support Work Team

Hi, I'm Omar, the Social Care, Housing & Nursing Director. I have spent over a decade working in social care and supported housing recruitment, helping people across Wales and the South West find roles where they can truly make a difference and I still get the same buzz from supporting these services as I did when I first started, 

I've built strong, lasting relationships with people across the sector and take pride in finding the right person for each role - someone who not only fits the job but also really aligns with the values of the organisation. For me, it's never just about filling a vacancy.

I love getting out to visit the services, seeing the amazing work they do firsthand, and learning about what really matters to them. That way, I can offer the kind of support that actually makes a difference. 

Outside of work, you'll usually find me travelling, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, cheering on Liverpool FC, or spending time with friends and family.
