Meet the Education Team

Hi, I'm Rebecca! After nine years working in secondary education, I've swapped the classroom for recruitment and now work with secondary schools across South Wales.

My teaching career took me across both the UK and Australia, where I taught Geography, Welsh Bacc, Travel & Tourism and other subjects, so I've experienced plenty of different school environments along the way.

That experience helps me understand both sides of recruitment, and I'm passionate about making the process feel friendly, honest and personal for the schools and candidates I work with.
