Hi, I'm Richard, Section Manager for our Adults' Social Care & Housing team at Vetro. I’ve spent the last 10 years recruiting within the social care sector, supporting both candidates and clients to find the right fit where it really matters.

Over the years, I’ve built strong relationships across the sector and developed a solid understanding of what makes placements successful, not just on paper but in day-to-day practice. I’m passionate about connecting great people with meaningful roles and helping services build teams they can rely on.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me catching up with friends & family, getting outdoors, or unwinding with a good series, which helps me stay balanced and ready for whatever the week brings.
