Meet the Education Team

Hi, I’m Ross, the Associate Director of Education here at Vetro Recruitment, based in our Caerphilly Head Office. I’ve worked in the education sector for over a decade, and my passion for making a real difference is just as strong today as when I first started.

Since joining Vetro, I’ve had the opportunity to grow from a Manager into a Director, and I’ve thrived in an environment that truly aligns with my values. I’m incredibly proud to have played a key role in building and growing our education division, and I’m excited for what the future holds.

I specialise in providing Teachers and Support Staff to Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools, as well as SEN provisions within mainstream settings. I support schools across South Wales with both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions and also help drive the growth and development of our Education team nationally.

Over the years, I’ve been described as thorough, professional, and personable—and I always strive to go the extra mile for both schools and candidates.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, travelling, going to music events, and following Manchester United (even when they make it hard!).
