Meet the Housing Team

Hi, I'm Sophie, and I help place passionate Support Workers within Adult Learning Disability services - a sector that's close to my heart and has only developed since joining the recruitment industry in 2022. 

It's a wonderful feeling to know that the Support Workers I place are making a real difference in the lives of the individuals they support. 

I take a personal, hands-on approach to recruitment, making the process smoother and more meaningful for everyone involved. I take the time to understand the unique needs of each service and what motivates each Support Worker. 

I want to make sure the right people are matched to the right roles, every time, to create a lasting impact. 

Outside of work, I enjoy long walks, quality time with friends and family, and getting away on holiday whenever I can.
