Hi, I'm Stacey! 

I work with children's services across Wales, helping brilliant social care professionals find roles where they can really make a difference.

I've spent over a decade in the sector, starting out in hands-on care roles before moving into recruitment, so I know firsthand how important it is to get the right fit for both the people delivering care and the teams they join. 

I love building genuine relationships, whether that's supporting local authorities to fill vital roles or helping candidates take the next exciting step in their careers. When I'm not supporting clients and candidates, you'll usually find me hiking, cooking, at a pub quiz, or planning my next holiday!
