Meet the Team

I have 16 years’ experience working in partnership with clients and candidates in the Health and Social Care sectors delivering the highest quality of service to all involved in the recruitment process. I have worked closely and have managed contracts nationally for trusts, councils, charities, and private organisations so I fully understand the challenges that recruiting talent into these fields at present.

The success I have enjoyed to date has been based on having a clear and transparent process for both the clients and candidates I support as well as within the teams that I have managed.  All of the relationships that I have built are on the foundations of honesty and trust which mirrors the Vetro ethos.
