Hi I'm Zac, a recruitment consultant with a genuine passion for the care sector.

 

I started my career in the NHS at 18 working in A&E, before moving into the private sector. This is where I started as a Support Worker before moving to House Manager and finally Area Manager where I did this role for 4 years.

 

Those early hands on years gave me a real understanding of the people, pressure, and purpose behind every role, and they shape the way I recruit today. 

 

Now, I focus on connecting the right people with the right environments, taking a creative and human approach that goes far beyond ticking boxes. I care about values, personalities, and team fit just as much as experience, and I'm always looking for smarter ways to support a sector that means a lot to me. 

 

Outside of work you will find me spending time with my 2 children, watching Liverpool & Seattle Seahawks or playing on the playstation.
