Position: Adult Support Worker Location: Liverpool, Merseyside Type: Ad Hoc and Long-Term Bookings Available
Key Responsibilities:

• Providing personalized care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
• Assisting with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication administration, and household tasks.
• Promoting independence and empowering residents to achieve their goals and aspirations.
• Building meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and other members of the care team.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation as required by regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a similar role within a residential care setting is desirable but not essential.
• A compassionate and patient demeanour with a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
• Flexibility to work ad hoc shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
