Job Description:


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join Vetro Recruitment, a leading specialist provider within the Healthcare and Nursing sector. Based in Caerphilly, the Recruitment Consultant will oversee an established and expanding temporary desk, specialising in placing Nurses and Healthcare Assistants to homes and hospitals that support people with Dementia, EMI, and Mental Health issues. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with significant opportunities for career progression, including moving into senior positions. The successful candidate will benefit from an established client base, providing immediate earning potential and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with new clients within the Healthcare and Nursing sector across South East Wales.

  • Visit client settings to understand their staffing requirements and explain how the agency can support their needs.

  • Attract and attract professionals who meet the specific job requirements and ethos of clients.

  • Advertise vacancies on job boards, social media, and the company website.

  • Proactively source candidates through referrals, the existing database, and social media channels.

  • Conduct interviews with social care professionals, including support workers, carers, and other relevant roles.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or recruitment, ideally within social care or a related sector.

  • Driven by high-reward commission structures and motivated to succeed.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Articulate, professional, and a team player.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
