Key Responsibilities

As a Cover Supervisor based in Monmouthshire, your daily duties will include:

• Delivering pre-set work and supervising pupils across a range of subjects
• Maintaining a positive, focused classroom environment and managing behaviour consistently
• Building strong working relationships with pupils and on-site staff while supporting safeguarding expectations

Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful as a Cover Supervisor, you will need:

• Experience supervising or leading groups of young people (e.g., schools, coaching, youth work)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills in a fast-paced setting
• Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred) or willingness to obtain one
