Job Description:
Vetro are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join our team in the Wirral. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support high-quality early years education within a vibrant school environment, contributing to the development and wellbeing of our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant Level 2 based in Wirral, your daily duties will include:

• Assisting with the planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons on a whole-class and individual basis.
• Preparing resources to support learning activities and ensuring pupils are supported pastorally.
• Contributing to evaluating student progress and providing feedback to the class teacher to meet individual learning needs.
• Supporting inclusive practices and SEND support to enable children to thrive as learners.
• Promoting positive behaviour management and building strong relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as an EYFS Teaching Assistant Level 2, you will need:

• A Level 2 (or above) qualification in Teaching Assistance or a willingness to undertake this on appointment.
• Proven experience supporting high-quality classroom teaching, including phonics and mastery-based mathematics.
• A deep understanding of early years development and frameworks.
• Commitment to inclusion, SEND support, and professional learning.
• Ability to develop positive relationships and work constructively as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK.
