Key Responsibilities:
As a Learning Support Assistant, your daily duties will include:

• Supporting teaching staff in delivering engaging learning activities for students with diverse needs.

• Undertaking predetermined activities to foster students’ intellectual growth and independence.
• Contributing to the creation of a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and achievement.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Learning Support Assistant, you will need:

• GCSE or equivalent in English, Maths, or Science.
• Knowledge of the secondary education system and an understanding of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• Purposeful experience working with young people, preferably aged 11-16.
• Enthusiasm for learning and the ability to inspire students to reach their potential.
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
