Job Description
Vetro are seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to work on the Wirral, supporting an established early years setting within a welcoming primary-school environment. This role focuses on helping children thrive through purposeful play, strong relationships, and a safe, nurturing routine, while working closely with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, your daily duties will include:
- Supporting high-quality early years provision through play-based learning, exploration, and well-planned indoor/outdoor activities
- Observing, assessing and contributing to children’s learning journeys in line with the EYFS, helping to identify next steps and extend progress
- Building warm, consistent relationships that promote children’s confidence, independence, communication and emotional development
Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will need:
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Experience in an early years / nursery setting with a good understanding of how young children learn and develop
- Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to complete one) and a clear commitment to safeguarding and child protection
