Key Responsibilities:
As a SEND Teaching Assistant based in Liverpool, your daily duties will include:

• Supporting pupils with special educational needs to access the curriculum and participate fully in lessons.
• Assisting class teachers in planning and delivering tailored learning activities.
• Promoting positive behaviour and fostering an inclusive classroom environment.
• Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support individual learning goals.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will need:

• Outstanding experience working with children with SEN.
• A strong commitment to inspiring pupils and supporting their learning journey.
• High expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour.
• A genuine commitment to supporting the Catholic ethos of the school.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant qualifications or experience in special educational needs support.
