Job Description:
Vetro are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Time Teacher with TLR 2 to join a dedicated team in a specialised primary school for children with a wide range of special educational needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a key area of school improvement within a supportive and nurturing environment, working with children who have complex learning difficulties and autism.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Full-Time Teacher, your daily duties will include:

• Leading on a designated area of school development to enhance educational outcomes for children with severe and complex needs
• Planning and delivering personalised, structured learning programmes tailored to individual EHCPs
• Supporting and mentoring a team of teachers and support staff to ensure high-quality teaching and learning
• Creating a nurturing, structured, and engaging environment that promotes the wellbeing and development of children with complex needs

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Full-Time Teacher, you will need:

• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., QTS)
• Proven experience working successfully with children with severe or complex learning difficulties
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and specialised teaching strategies for children with SEN
• Mandatory compliance with an Enhanced DBS check and relevant safeguarding training
