Job Description
Vetro are seeking a Year 6 Class Teacher to work in a a school in Cheshire. This is a full-time, temporary role within a supportive primary setting, where you will play a key role in driving progress, safeguarding, and positive outcomes for pupils.

Key Responsibilities
As a Year 6 Class Teacher, your daily duties will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned to the curriculum, ensuring strong progress for all learners
• Assessing, tracking, and reporting on pupil attainment, providing timely marking and constructive feedback to support next steps
• Creating a safe, inclusive classroom environment with high expectations for behaviour, wellbeing, and achievement

Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful as a Year 6 Class Teacher, you will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification)
• Recent KS2 teaching experience (Year 6 experience desirable) in a primary school setting
• Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one) and a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
