Job Description:

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to promote positive behaviour and help pupils achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant based in Liverpool, your daily duties will include:

• Supporting individual pupils and groups to deliver intervention programmes and enhance learning outcomes.
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and providing formative feedback to pupils.
• Promoting positive behaviour and ensuring pupil safety in line with school policies.
• Establishing positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and staff to foster a supportive learning environment.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Teaching Assistant, you will need:

• A Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in a primary school setting.
• A commitment to promoting the ethos and values of the school, including its Christian foundation (applicants of other faiths are welcome).
• Mandatory compliance with an Enhanced DBS check and relevant safeguarding training.
