Location: Cardiff

Salary: £92.59 per day minimum 

Employment Type: Full-time - Monday to Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a school based in Cardiff. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a high-performing school committed to achieving excellent outcomes for all pupils within a positive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant based in Cardiff, your daily duties will include:

• Supporting classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons to pupils aged 11-16.
• Assisting individual students or groups to ensure they meet their learning goals.
• Contributing to the creation of a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers to inform planning and assessment.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Teaching Assistant, you will need:

• A relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
• A proactive approach and a genuine interest in supporting student development.
• Mandatory compliance with an Enhanced DBS Check and relevant safeguarding training.
