Job Description
Vetro are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a team in Cheshire. This role offers the opportunity to support pupils with a range of needs, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), within a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
As a Teaching Assistant, your daily duties will include:

• Supporting pupils with SEND to access the curriculum and participate fully in lessons
• Assisting class teachers with planning and delivering tailored learning activities
• Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils with complex needs
• Contributing to a positive, inclusive classroom environment and promoting pupils’ wellbeing

Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful as a Teaching Assistant, you will need:

• Experience working with pupils with SEND or in a similar educational setting
• A relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• A mandatory Enhanced DBS check and willingness to undergo safeguarding training
