Job Description
Vetro are seeking a EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a school in Cheshire, supporting learners within an Early Years setting. Key Responsibilities
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, your daily duties will include:

• Supporting planned learning activities across the Early Years curriculum, both indoors and outdoors, using play-based approaches to develop communication, social, and early academic skills
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, helping learners feel secure, understood, and ready to participate
• Promoting independence, resilience, and positive behaviour, while supporting routines, transitions, and personal development in line with setting expectations

Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful as a EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will need:

• A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3 Supporting Teaching and Learning) or equivalent experience within an Early Years/primary setting
• Previous experience supporting children in an EYFS or similar environment, with a clear understanding of child development and how children learn through play
• Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to complete one) and a strong commitment to safeguarding and safer working practice
