Key Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant, your daily duties will include:
- Supporting children’s learning and wellbeing across KS2, ensuring individual needs are met.
- Delivering targeted interventions to help children overcome barriers to learning and improve progress.
- Assisting with classroom activities and covering whole-class teaching when required.
- Collaborating effectively with teachers and other staff to create a positive learning environment.
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Teaching Assistant, you will need:
- A relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Mandatory compliance with an Enhanced DBS Check.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- A caring, nurturing approach with a passion for supporting children’s development.
